Terms and Conditions

Bookings

  • All classes must be booked in advance via our online booking system.
    Bookings are subject to availability.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking for casual classes and class packs.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a class.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will result in the loss of the class credit.

  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the class start time, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in:

    • Loss of the class credit, and

    • A $5 late cancellation/no-show fee.

This policy ensures fairness to waitlisted clients and supports the smooth operation of our small boutique studio..

Late Arrivals

  • For safety reasons, entry may be refused if you arrive more than 5 minutes after class has commenced.
    Late arrivals may result in forfeiting your session.

Health & Safety

  • Clients must inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancies, or changes in health prior to participating.

  • By attending class, you confirm you are medically fit to participate in reformer Pilates.

  • Elevate Studio reserves the right to refuse participation if we believe it is unsafe for you to continue.

Studio Etiquette

To maintain a welcoming and respectful environment:

  • Please arrive on time.

  • Phones must be on silent.

  • Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety.

  • Equipment must be used as instructed.

  • Be respectful of instructors, staff, and fellow clients.

Personal Belongings

  • Elevate Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
    Please keep valuables with you at all times.

Pricing & Changes

  • Prices, class schedules, and instructors are subject to change at any time.

  • We will always endeavour to provide reasonable notice where possible.

Liability Waiver

  • Participation in reformer Pilates involves physical activity and inherent risks.
    By attending classes, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

  • Elevate Studio and its instructors are not liable for injury, loss, or damage sustained while attending the studio, except where required by law.

Personal Use

  • All class packs and bookings are non-transferable and for personal use only.

Membership

Terms and Conditions

Payments

  • Memberships are billed weekly via automatic debit from your nominated payment method.

  • Please ensure sufficient funds are available on your billing day. Failed payments may result in cancelled bookings or temporary suspension of your membership until resolved.

  • Membership payments are non-refundable.

Credits

  • Memberships operate on a weekly schedule.

  • Credits are valid for the applicable week only and do not roll over.

  • Unused classes do not roll over or accumulate.

Bookings

  • Members may book classes up to 14 days in advance, giving priority access to secure preferred times.

  • All bookings are subject to our standard cancellation policy.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of class start time will forfeit the class credit.

  • If you cancel within 2 hours of your class or don’t show up, there will be a $5 fee, in addition to losing any class or concession credit used for that session.

Personal Use

  • Memberships and credits are for personal use only and cannot be shared, transferred, or used by another person.

Membership Cancellations

  • There are no lock-in contracts.

  • If you wish to cancel your membership, please provide 14 days’ written notice via email. Your membership will remain active during this notice period.

  • Cancellations cannot be backdated.

Membership Holds

Memberships may be placed on hold:

  • Minimum 1 week.

  • Up to 4 weeks per calendar year.

  • Requested in writing with at least 7 days’ notice.

  • Holds cannot be backdated.

Injury or Medical Holds

  • Memberships may be placed on hold for injury or medical reasons with a valid medical certificate and written notice. Holds will be granted for the period outlined by the medical practitioner.

  • Medical certificate needs to be sent to info@elevtestudio.co.nz

Schedule Changes

  • Elevate Studio reserves the right to adjust the timetable, instructors, or cancel classes when necessary. 

Pricing and Policy Changes

  • Membership pricing will not be adjusted for a minimum period of twelve (12) months from the member’s start date. 

  • Any future pricing changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.

General

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
